]]> I’ve found cause of the problem that was making the ‘Logoff’ option not appear in the top right hand corner of the screen as it should do.

 

As a result I’ve managed to get the toolbar back.

If you notice anything awry on the site let me know as I’ve updated quite a lot of functionality without testing it.
